Swan Asset Management SA is an Asset Management company under Swiss Law founded in 2008 in Lugano Paradiso. The company is authorized by the Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA pursuant to art. 24 of the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA).

The main focus of Swan Asset Management SA is the direct management of investment funds and discretionary mandates for institutional and private clients.
The fund management business has a marked specialisation in credit markets globally.
The investment philosophy is strongly inspired by the principles of Absolute Return and De-Correlation and is characterized by the proven ability to systematically combine positive returns with extremely low volatility over time.
The company manages, as Investment Manager, Luxembourg SICAVs and Luxembourg SICAV-SIF alternative funds.
The offer is completed by the “Swan Digital Assets AMC” certificate with exposure to the Crypto Currency asset class.

Enrico Angella
Enrico is a member of the Management and Board of Directors of Swan.
Before founding Swan, he was Managing Director of the Long Short Equity fund Swan Absolute Return Ltd. Previously he held the role of financial analyst, fund manager and director of investments at several main asset management companies.
Enrico graduated from University of Genoa with a Degree in Economics and Finance.
Davide Marmondi
Davide has been a member of the Management of Swan since 2016.
Previously a member of the Board of Directors since the company’s inception.
He has over 35 years of experience in banking through management roles first in Italy and subsequently in Switzerland.
Francesco Vicino
Francesco has been with Swan since 2009.
He holds the role of Investment Manager. Previously he was financial controller at Reckitt Benckiser and a member of the investment management team of Nuverse Advisors LLC in New York.
Francesco obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Specialist degree in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
Emanuele Gerletti, CFA, CIPM
Emanuele has been with Swan since 2011.
He holds the role of Investment Manager. Previously he worked for Societe’ Generale in Paris and Credit Suisse in Milan.
Emanuele gained an Undergraduate degree and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan. He is a member of the CFA Institute and a charterholder since June 2016.
Francesca De Vita
Francesca has been with Swan since 2015.
She holds the role of Investment Manager. Previously she was a quantitative analyst for Fideuram Investments and an investment manager and wealth manager for BPS Suisse and Pentagram SA.
Francesca graduated in Physics from the University of Genoa and obtained a Master in Economics (MEC) from Bocconi University in Milan.
Stefano Fabiani
Stefano has been with Swan since 2019.
He holds the role of Investment Manager. He has over twenty years of experience in Asset Management both as an investment manager and wealth manager. Previously he was senior portfolio manager and head of equity at Zenit SGR.
Stefano holds a degree in Business Economics with specialization in financial intermediaries from Bocconi University in Milan.
Pier Giuseppe Padovani
Pier Giuseppe has been with Swan since 2022.
He holds the role of Investment Manager. Previously he was the company Vice Chairman for over six years.
His long career began in 1986 (Studio Albertini Agenti di Cambio in Milan; Azzoni Sim leg; Aloisio Foglia Ventura Sim; Leonardo Bank; You know Sim; Meliorbanca Private; Banknord; Julius Baer Sim), holding various positions and appearances on the Boards of the various companies.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business.
Andrea Padovani
Andrea has been with Swan since 2019.
He holds the role of Investment Manager for Swan Digital Assets, an AMC dedicated to the Cryptocurrency asset class. He has a longstanding focus on Blockchain technology and the Crypto asset class.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Specialist degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
Simone Altamura
Simone has been with Swan since 2016.
He holds the role of area manager. He manages and develops commercial and marketing relationships with institutional clients.
He has worked for over twenty years in Global Markets and Investment Banking in roles of increased responsibility; respectively at Banca IMI, Euromobiliare Sim and Equita.
Simone holds a degree with honours in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries from Bocconi University in Milan.
Fulvio Pecis
Fulvio has been with Swan since 2025, previously working with Swan for over 10 years as an outsourcer.
He has been working for more than 30 years in the IT sector with marked specialization in systems and security.
He has gained specific experience in information technology applied to companies in the financial sector.
Giuseppe Pierantozzi
BE COMPLIANT SA
Giuseppe graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Rome. Swiss Bar License. He holds a Swiss lawyer’s licence, an executive master in Compliance Management and a master in Tax Law. He has extensive experience in the legal and financial fields having worked for many years as Legal & Compliance manager at several banking institutions. Giuseppe has also gained an executive master in Sustainability Strategies.
Piercarlo Rivalta
Piercarlo has been with Swan since 2009.
He his responsible for the company’s risk management processes.
He has over twenty years of experience in Asset Management and Equity Markets; having previously worked at Abax Bank and Banca Lombarda. At the beginning of his career Piercarlo also had a significant experience as a financial journalist for Bloomberg.
He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from University of Pavia.
Anna Scifo
Anna has been with Swan since 2017.
She is responsible for Administration and Back Office.
She manages the administration related to clients and counterparties and supervises the company’s accounting. She is also responsible for the daily internal verification of the NAV of the company’s funds.
Anna has over thirty-five years of experience in the financial sector, having worked at various Asset Managers in Ticino also as a Director.
Samanta Baraiolo
Samanta has been with Swan since 2012.
She is responsible for Accounting and Administration and she also acts as internal support for the Compliance Officer.
Samantha graduated with a degree in Economic Sciences with a major in Banking and Finance from USI University in Lugano. She continuously trains and keeps abreast of most recent developments in the fields of compliance and risk management.
Samantha also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Compliance Management from the Vezia Institute for Banking Studies.
Alberto Rejna
Alberto has been with Swan since 2024.
He works in the back office department supporting both the company’s funds and wealth management.
He graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico of Milan, where he completed a master in Risk Management. He also holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
